How long does it take to develop a mobile game? +

Development timelines vary by complexity. Hyper-casual games: 4โ€“8 weeks. Mid-core games: 3โ€“6 months. Complex RPG/Multiplayer games: 6โ€“18 months. AAA-quality titles: 12โ€“36 months. After reviewing your requirements, we provide a precise milestone-based schedule before any commitment.

Do you sign NDAs to protect my game concept? +

Yes โ€” always. We sign a mutual NDA before any project discussion, design review, or technical consultation. Your game idea, mechanics, and business data are fully protected. Full IP ownership transfers to you upon final payment with no exceptions.

What platforms do you develop games for? +

We build for: iOS (iPhone & iPad), Android (all devices), PC (Windows, Mac, Linux), WebGL (browser games), PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Meta Quest 2/3/Pro, HTC Vive, Apple Vision Pro, and Steam Deck. Cross-platform deployment is our specialty.

How do milestone payments work? +

We split payments into clearly defined project milestones: typically 25% deposit to begin, then milestone-based installments at prototype completion, beta release, and final delivery. You only pay for work that's been demonstrated and approved. We never ask for 100% upfront.

Can I see my game in progress? +

Absolutely. You receive weekly build access via TestFlight (iOS) or direct APK (Android) so you can play-test and provide feedback throughout development. We hold bi-weekly video calls for sprint reviews and maintain a shared project board with live progress tracking.

Do you provide game art and animation? +

Yes! Our in-house art team handles everything from initial concept art through 3D modeling, rigging, skeletal animation, UI design, VFX, and cinematic cutscenes. We work in Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Spine 2D. Art services are available standalone or as part of a full development package.

Can you help with an existing game that needs rework or new features? +

Yes, we regularly take on game rescue and feature extension projects. Our engineers audit your existing codebase, identify technical debt, and create a clear plan to stabilize, optimize, and extend your game. We're experienced with inheriting codebases in Unity, Unreal, Cocos2d, and custom engines.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission? +

Yes. We prepare all store submission materials: app icons, screenshots, preview videos, metadata, privacy policy links, and age ratings. We submit on your behalf (or guide you through the process) and manage any review rejections until successful approval.

What post-launch support do you offer? +

All packages include post-launch bug fix support (30โ€“90 days depending on package). Extended support plans are available for ongoing updates, new content additions, LiveOps events, performance monitoring, and platform OS compatibility updates. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated 12-month SLA.

Can you build a multiplayer game that scales to millions of players? +

Yes. We've architected multiplayer backends handling millions of concurrent players using AWS GameLift, dedicated servers, and Photon Fusion. Our systems include load balancing, auto-scaling, anti-cheat, matchmaking, and CDN-distributed game assets. We load-test at 10x expected peak load before any launch.
